Prices are subject to change. I am an artist that continues to grow, improve, and accept more clients. As a result, I might raise my prices over time due to a variety of reasons such as demand, equipment, skill increase, etc.

All the items in my pricelist are still subject to change based on the complexity of the request.

I do not support NFTs. I do not welcome discussions or any instances of my work being used as an NFT.

Do not use the commission or any of my work for any generative AI actions - training, generating an alternate version, tuning, manipulating, adding or substracting elements, adding filters, etc.

I do not accept requests to copy an artstyle.

These terms are not exhaustive and in practice are negotiable to a degree. I am very open to attempts at finding a middle ground to meet both parties' needs. Please don't hesitate to ask me questions, negotiate terms, or discuss flexibilities.

All the prices are in USD

A 50% upfront payment is required before I can work on your queue. I will only start after the first payment

The remaining payment must be completed after colouring for me to finalise the commission process

The commissioner will be charged with tax on both transactions

The above does not apply to clients based in Indonesia

If your request exceeds 50 USD, I am open to payment plans

My prices off VGen are lower since there are platform fees + PayPal fees in all VGen transactions

I accept and prefer payments through PayPal and Western Union

For clients based in Indonesia, I accept payments through Indonesian digital wallets and Trakteer

I do not accept bank transfers due to privacy concerns. I hope you understand!

I accept all currencies paid through PayPal and Western Union with an extra charge to cover taxes and platform fees

I do not accept game currency, credits, points, or any other payment methods other than bank currencies issued by the client's country of origin

ONLY MY VGEN CLIENTS ARE ENTITLED TO A 100% REFUND

Regular clients off VGen are entitled to a 50% refund if:

I am unable to start the commission, and the commissioner has paid half upfront

I am unable to finish the commission, and the commissioner has completed the full payment

I have not finished the commission after the maximum turnaround time

The commissioner cancels the order before I start the commission, and the commissioner has paid half upfront

The client is not entitled to a 50% refund if:

The commission has been completed with the commissioner's approval in each stage of the commission process

The commissioner wants to cancel in the middle of the process for personal reasons, such as they do not like the artwork, they want to commission another artist, etc

For any reason/circumstance the commissioner is unable to pay the remaining half of the payment

The client makes a chargeback (Note: I might not have enough funds for it to work). If a client makes a chargeback, they will automatically be blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me

I reserve the full rights to the artwork produced through the commission and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon

I retain all rights to the commission, including but not limited to the right to share it on my social media, monetise it, and use it in my portfolio

The above statements do not apply in the case of an NDA

In the case of an NDA (as specified under each listing), one (1) project will be +1000% of the final price. More than one (1) project will individually be licensed at the same flat rate fee

Surprise me commissions are for PERSONAL USE and MONETISED CONTENT ONLY. They don't represent my best work. If you would like a full fledged illustration, please consider commissioning a rendered illustration

The client is allowed to use the commission for its agreed upon purpose(s)

The client is allowed to use the commission for personal entertainment

The client is allowed to share and post the commission on their personal social media with my knowledge and express permission beforehand and with credit

The client is allowed to produce a physical copy of the commission as a personal gift or as part of a personal collection

The client is allowed to use the commission for its agreed upon purpose(s)

The client is allowed to include or share the commission to monetised social and content platform accounts with my knowledge, express consent, and with credit to me as the artist

The client is allowed to use or include the commissioned asset as part of business branding or part of monetised social and content platform account profile(s)

The client is allowed to use the commissioned asset for the purposes of advertisement or business marketing

The client is allowed to include the commission in the form of a graphic asset in revenue generating activities

The client is allowed to alter or manipulate the commissioned asset for editing purposes - music video, animation, promotional material, etc - where the commission serves as a graphic asset with my knowledge, express consent, and with credit to me as the artist

The client is allowed to use the commission for its agreed upon purpose(s)

The client is allowed to alter or manipulate the commissioned asset without the assistance of Artificial Intelligence for the purposes of value-add, redistribution, or revenue generation

The client is allowed to create value-add digital or physical products with the commissioned asset

The client is allowed to redistribute derivative digital or physical products made with the commissioned asset
